As a machine operator, you will become an important part of the production at our client, an established industrial company with advanced manufacturing in sheet metal processing and welding. The company works with modern automated production processes and a wide range of machinery, including high-capacity automatic presses, robotic welding cells, and advanced tool manufacturing.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Monitoring, controlling, and maintaining production machines.
• Ensuring material supply in production.
• Resolving minor operational disruptions to keep production running.
• Handling materials, emptying chutes, and operating forklifts when needed.
• Performing quality controls and contributing to a safe and efficient production.

You will become part of a cohesive team where flexibility and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. After the introduction period, you will gradually learn several different machines and work tasks, providing a varied workday and good opportunities for development within production.

We are looking for you who have an interest in technology, production, and industrial manufacturing. You are responsible, meticulous, and have a desire to learn new tasks. You enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and appreciate working together with others towards common goals.

Experience from industry, machine monitoring, or production is meritorious, as is a forklift license, but not a requirement. We place great importance on your personal attitude, work ethic, and engagement.
