Production Technician Wanted

Do you want to work in a modern production environment where technology, structure, and continuous improvement are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged production technician for an established industrial company in the GGVV region.

About the Role

As a production technician, you will have a central role in the operations, focusing on technical documentation, process development, and production support. You will work closely with production, quality, and other functions to ensure efficient working methods and a well-functioning production.

The role involves a strong focus on documentation, which places high demands on accuracy, structure, and the ability to work methodically.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Create, update, and quality-assure technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and production materials.
• Support production with technical questions and process improvements.
• Participate in the introduction of new products and production processes.
• Contribute to improvement work focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Ensure that documentation follows company procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with several departments to create efficient and sustainable work processes.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a technical environment where documentation is an important part of daily life. You have an analytical approach to work and enjoy creating order, while also having an easy time collaborating with others.

We believe you have:

• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Good technical understanding and interest in production processes.
• Experience working with technical documentation.
• Good computer skills and experience with business or document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Experience in improvement work, such as Lean.
• Knowledge in quality work and process development.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems.
• Technical education in production, mechanical engineering, or similar.
