Job Opportunity: CNC Operator / Toolmaker

Be-Må Molds develops and manufactures tools in partnership with globally leading companies. In our production, we manufacture mold tools for most polymeric materials, such as silicone, plastic, and TPE. Our areas of expertise include the production of high-precision mold tools and tool components, design, and product development.

We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a driven and responsible CNC Operator / Toolmaker.

Job Responsibilities

As a Toolmaker and CNC Operator at Be-Må Molds AB, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Producing and assembling high-quality mold tools according to technical drawings and specifications.
• CAM preparation.
• CNC machining in 3- and 5-axis milling machines.
• Performing maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
• Collaborating closely with the design and production teams to optimize our manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying areas for improvement.

Profile

This role is for you if you combine technical skill with precision, a quality mindset, and strong professional pride. You are accustomed to working with complex tools, have a deep understanding of the entire manufacturing process, and actively contribute to ensuring the highest possible standard in every detail.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are proactive, and unpretentious. You work well independently, are solution-oriented, and professional.

In addition to your personal potential, we would appreciate it if you had:

• Experience as a CNC operator, toolmaker, or in a similar technical role.
• Technical competence in 3- and 5-axis milling as well as CAM preparation.
• Experience working with high quality requirements and advanced tolerances.
• Good experience in reading drawings and technical descriptions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
