About the Role

We are currently looking for flexible Machine Operators for our client in Värnamo. Are you detail-oriented, technically interested, and enjoy working in a team? Then we encourage you to apply.

In the role of Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines according to our established production plan. This means ensuring that production runs according to schedule and that every task is performed with precision and accuracy. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality by following established quality control routines and reporting any deviations.

Working Hours: Permanent shifts (day and evening)
Desired Start Date: Week 27

Your Profile

Requirements and Preferences:

• Solution-oriented mindset
• Technical interest and preferably experience from industry or production
• Thrives in a collaborative and structured work environment
• Forklift license is an advantage

As a person, we are looking for someone who is responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and has good teamwork skills, as the work is performed at our clients' sites.
