Job Description
At Posti Logistics Staffing, we are recruiting an experienced setter for injection molding production in Mullsjö on behalf of our client. As a setter, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production in the injection molding machines. You work closely with the production team to guarantee that the right product reaches the customer on time and with the correct quality. Tasks may include:
- Tool changes and setup of injection molding machines
- Startup, operation, and monitoring according to production orders
- Troubleshooting and correction during operational disruptions
- Programming and adjustment of robots connected to the machines
Night and evening shifts may be required.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a detail-oriented and responsible person who thrives in a team environment where quality and improvement are the focus. We also expect you to have previous experience as a setter in injection molding, a good understanding of plastic materials, and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems. A technical education in plastic production or maintenance technology is considered an asset. Apply today!
