Job Description
We are currently looking for production staff for one of our clients in Habo.
As a line operator for our client, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that processes run smoothly. Your main tasks will be to ensure that the workflow continues without interruption and to prevent downtime. You are also responsible for handling deviations, sampling, and the development of processes and routines. Part of your role involves identifying problems and communicating them effectively.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handling deviations
- Ensuring a well-functioning workflow
- Improvement processes
Please note that contact with chemicals may occur as the company specializes in surface treatments.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, and takes great responsibility for their tasks. You are structured in your work approach and enjoy working towards goals. You always strive to work efficiently and carefully, even at a high pace. Since the work may be performed both individually and in a team, we expect you to be able to take initiative as well as collaborate effectively with others. Shift work may be required.
Requirements:
- Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license or living near Habo
Merits:
- Forklift license
- Assembly experience
