About the Role

As a machine setter, you work close to production and are responsible for setting, adjusting, and optimizing our injection molding machines. You play a key role in ensuring stable processes, high quality, and efficient production.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and starting up injection molding machines
• Process optimization for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production
• Monitoring and adjusting production parameters
• Documentation of settings and process improvements
• Collaboration with production, engineering, and quality

Your Profile:

• Experience with injection molding and machine setting
• Technical understanding and interest in production
• Accustomed to working in a structured and meticulous manner
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• Team player
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
