At AGES in Hörle, we work with advanced metal component manufacturing, focusing on modern CNC machines, automation, and quality-controlled processes. To meet the growth and development we have ahead, we now need to increase shift coverage in production. We offer a 2-shift system (fixed or rotating) for day and night shifts, depending on which machine groups you are scheduled for. The role involves:

Here you will have the opportunity to broaden your technical competence and work with varying details and processing tasks. As a CNC operator, you will have a varied and developing job. You will:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines – primarily multi-operation machines, and assist with setup. Each operator works to ensure high precision through measurement technology and quality controls.
• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and simpler optimizations.
• Work independently with drawings and production documentation, and participate in improvement work and efficiency enhancements of machine lines.
• Collaborate with production technicians and colleagues to drive development forward.

Your experience and competence

We would like you to have:

• Experience with CNC work or a technical workshop background with an interest in working with process optimization.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement technology.
• A structured and solution-oriented working style and a technical interest.
• Experience with multi-operation machines or automated production cells (meritorious).
