We are looking for an engaged and technically interested Mold Changer who wants to contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
In your role, you will serve as key technical support and problem solver for our operators. When production fluctuates or questions arise, you are the one who steps in, analyzes the situation, and guides the operator forward. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and see it as a natural part of the job to ensure that the machines run as they should.
Responsibilities
As a Mold Changer, you are responsible for mold changes, start-ups, and settings of our compression presses and injection molding machines. You work with troubleshooting, quality control, and continuous improvements to ensure stable and efficient production. The role also includes preparation and maintenance of molds, as well as working according to 5S and current routines.
We are looking for someone who
- Has strong technical problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology.
- Thrives working both independently and in a team.
- Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious.
- Has an engaged work approach and contributes to continuous improvements.
- Has experience from a similar position, such as mold changer/setup technician in an industrial or production environment.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has a forklift license (truckkort).
