Rosengren & Nilsson Group was founded in 2021 through the merger of two well-established metal foundries: Rosengrens Metallgjuteri (founded in 1909) and Vetlanda Gjuteri (founded in 2001). Together, we combine more than a century of craftsmanship tradition with modern expertise in metal casting.

At our foundry in Vetlanda, we work with a wide range of clients, from industrial companies and workshops to municipalities, construction firms, and golf courses. Here, we manufacture technical components, signs, and special details in bronze and aluminum, often in small series or as unique custom orders.

The work is characterized by precision, craftsmanship, and great variety.

About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced and meticulous sand molder to join our foundry in Vetlanda. You will be responsible for the production and processing of sand molds for casting in bronze and aluminum.

The role is practical and requires a good understanding of molding, materials, and workflow in a foundry environment. Since many of our assignments are customer-specific and vary in execution, we are looking for someone who thrives in a craft-oriented work environment where quality and precision are paramount.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce sand molds for bronze and aluminum casting.
• Process and adjust molds to ensure correct fit and quality.
• Prepare molds for casting.
• Participate in the casting process when needed.
• Collaborate closely with other colleagues in production.
• Follow routines for quality, safety, and working environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in sand molding within a foundry or similar industry.
• Strong craftsmanship skills and an eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Practical hands-on approach and a responsible work ethic.
• Experience in metal casting is an advantage but not a requirement.
