About the Role

You will work operationally with optimization and development. You are responsible for testing, evaluating, and implementing new tools, as well as improving existing processes in our injection molding machines. You play a key role in ensuring efficient production and share your knowledge by training colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a dedicated optimization role
• Be responsible for new tools – testing, trial runs, and documentation in our injection molding machines
• Participate in and drive new projects, as well as optimize existing processes
• Train and support existing staff as needed
• Analyze results and propose improvements
• Follow up and ensure that implemented solutions are working effectively
• Engage in technical discussions regarding solutions, especially when facing challenges during trial runs

You are:

• An experienced setter or have a corresponding technical background
• Experienced in working with tools and process optimization
• Solution-oriented and analytical
• Confident in leading technical discussions and making decisions
• Structured and meticulous with documentation
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish
