Leba Industriservice is now looking for a Powder Coating Operator for our operations in Hillerstorp! If you have experience in coating, you might be the person we are looking for.

A significant amount of goods pass through Leba every day. With seven separate coating processes, the math is simple: we are an extremely flexible powder coater. Furthermore, our machines are rarely completely idle; some run every night to maintain a high service level for our customers.

Who are you?

You are a person who:

• Has experience in the coating industry
• Enjoys collaboration and contributing to a positive atmosphere
• Is precise yet efficient

• Has good reading and communication skills in Swedish

Your Responsibilities

As a Powder Coating Operator at Leba, you will be a significant and important part of the team. Your tasks will include:

• Varied tasks: You will handle multiple parallel processes, including coating in booths with multiple machine setups per day, as well as managing color changes.
• High pace and quality: Work takes place in a dynamic environment where efficiency is combined with a strong focus on precision and quality.
• Team responsibility: You lead and take responsibility for your own team while contributing to effective collaboration.
• Development and influence: You will have the opportunity to develop, take initiative, and actively influence both your own work and the business operations.
