RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNC operator with preparation competencies, you will play a key role in our production team. You will be part of a production group responsible for preparing and setting up assigned jobs before manufacturing the parts yourself on the machine. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work independently and be involved throughout the entire manufacturing process. Here, you will work in a modern production environment where technology, quality, and development are at the forefront.

You will primarily operate the company's modern 5-axis milling machines, machining parts for the automotive and defense industries, among others. The company is in an exciting growth phase, creating excellent opportunities for you to develop alongside the business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and planning assigned production jobs.
• Setting up and preparing machines for production.
• Operating and monitoring 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Ensuring quality through continuous control measurements and follow-up.
• Contributing to an efficient production flow together with colleagues.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have experience with CNC machining and want to take on more responsibility than a traditional operator role. You have a technical interest, work in a structured manner, and enjoy planning your own work.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience as a CNC operator, preferably in milling.
• Knowledge or experience in preparation within the manufacturing industry.
• Good technical understanding and experience reading drawings.
• Experience with 5-axis machining is an advantage.
• Experience with the Heidenhain control system is desirable.

If you have worked with aluminum machining, that is a plus, but we also welcome applicants with experience in plastic, wood, or sheet metal processing. The most important thing is that you have the right technical understanding, a quality-conscious approach to work, and a desire to develop.

The position is a permanent role starting with a consultancy assignment at Eterni Sweden AB in Värnamo.
