We are looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader who wants to take responsibility for daily operations and contribute to developing both the production and the people within it. About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the daily work in production. You work closely with the Production Manager and other team leaders to ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You are a present leader who creates good conditions for the team to perform and develop, while actively contributing to continuous improvements in the business.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Plan, allocate, and lead the daily work in production.
  • Work on production planning together with the Production Manager.
  • Develop, improve, and standardize working methods and processes.
  • Register, analyze, and follow up on deviations.
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and optimal workflows.
  • Introduce, train, and support new employees as well as temporary staff.
  • Coach and motivate the team in daily work.
  • Set goals together with employees and follow up on results.
  • Drive improvement work with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a solid background in production or industry and have experience leading people in an operational environment. You are a person who takes initiative, builds trust, and helps others grow through clear and engaged leadership.

You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, have a strong focus on quality, and thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high. At the same time, you are flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly when conditions change.

To succeed in the role, you are communicative, responsible, and skilled at creating collaboration and engagement within the team.
