ROLE DESCRIPTION & OFFER

As a Production Manager, you play a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability in production. Together with the logistics function, you plan operations to ensure a smooth production flow and deliveries that meet customer expectations.

A major part of your responsibility is to continue developing a workplace where people thrive, grow, and perform together. You will lead an engaged team of approximately thirty employees and have overall responsibility for personnel, working environment, and daily operations.

You will have excellent conditions for success in this role. You have two team leaders for each shift who coach and allocate resources in daily planning. You also receive central support from HR, finance, and IT. When driving larger development projects, such as automation or transformation work, a specialist group supports you throughout the process.

You will become an important part of the local management team, working alongside those responsible for quality and environment, production technology, maintenance, and logistics. The role reports directly to the Site Manager, giving you the opportunity to influence both operational activities and the company's continued development.
