About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for one of our clients in the Bankeryd/Habo area. This role is ideal for you who thrive in a technically advanced environment with high quality standards and varied tasks.

All programming is done in Mastercam 3D, and production consists exclusively of one-off manufacturing or short series. You will independently be responsible for setting up and rigging machines, adjusting and optimizing programs, as well as performing CNC programming.

For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for the position to become a permanent role with the client. Since the position is local, we prefer that you reside in the surrounding area.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience working with CNC milling, multi-operation machining, or turning.
• Ability to set up, rig, and adjust programs.
• Good understanding of – and preferably experience with – process planning in Mastercam 3D.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, responsible, and above all, self-motivated. You are also a team player, organized, and have strong time management and prioritization skills.
