About the role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the plastics industry and work in a leading role with significant responsibility? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader who wants to contribute to developing production and create conditions for efficient and quality-conscious work. As a Team Leader, you are responsible for personnel planning and daily management of work across various departments. You plan and optimize production to ensure a smooth workflow and high delivery precision. The role includes responsibility for quality, monitoring of routines, and handling deviations. You report defects in equipment, machinery, and work instructions, and participate in internal and external audits. The work also involves driving and following up on 5S work and continuous improvements within the business. You have clear responsibility for the work environment and work towards a safe, structured, and pleasant workplace. We are looking for someone with experience from the plastics industry, previous experience in a leadership position, and experience as a setup technician (ställer). You have good technical understanding, are structured, and have the ability to motivate and engage your employees. Start: Immediately/agreed upon
Working hours: Permanent afternoon shift

• Previous experience from the plastics industry
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge
• Previous experience as a setup technician
