About the Role

Are you a skilled installer with an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship? We are currently seeking experienced installers for an exciting assignment with our client in Gothenburg, a leading player specializing in interior design solutions. As an installer, you will work on everything from retail store fittings to furniture for offices and preschools. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with problem-solving, where your skills make a tangible difference to the final result.

Responsibilities

In the role of installer, you will:

• Perform installation and assembly of loose and fixed fittings in stores, offices, and public environments.
• Read, interpret, and execute assembly based on technical drawings.
• Find unique, needs-based solutions and custom adjustments on-site at the customer's location.
• Lead and distribute work tasks within projects and act as a role model for colleagues.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and restoration of existing fittings.
• Handle logistics regarding goods, carrying in, and waste disposal after assembly.
• Be responsible for time reporting, budget monitoring, and documentation of deviations.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A high school education, preferably with a technical focus, along with work experience from similar roles.
• Experience in carpentry or another craft trade is highly meritorious.
• Very good proficiency in handling various types of tools and fastening materials.
• Ability to read and work from drawings with high precision.
• Valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills, as you have direct customer contact and work according to written descriptions.
• As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive when taking responsibility and have a natural sense of service.
