ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are currently looking for two personal assistants for our client in Enskede, Stockholm. The positions start as hourly temporary positions, with the possibility of permanent employment up to 100% in the future.

Working hours vary but are approximately between 08:00-16:00 on weekdays. Work on weekends and evenings may also occur if needed.

Start date is by agreement, with a start in August.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a young man in his 20s who enjoys everything from exciting outings to playing video games. He enjoys participating in various leisure activities and is a person who retains his playfulness and positive energy. We are looking for you who want to support him in a daily life filled with both activity and joy.

Our client is largely independent but needs support and presence in all aspects of daily life. As an assistant, you will help with tube feeding and medication, among other things. He will also attend day activities, where you will accompany and support him. Since the client also has several food allergies, it is very important that you are careful and attentive in everything related to his diet and environment.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is flexible, sensitive, and reliable. As a person, you should also be cheerful, social, pedagogical, and have a sense of humor. It is a plus if you are interested in video games and e-sports, as this is one of the client's major interests. You should also have good physical condition as the assignment involves activities with the client. The client prefers male applicants in their 20s, but we welcome applicants of all genders and ages.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing

• Non-smoker

• Ability to work in a home with pets, as the client has a dog

• Experience working in care/elderly care

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with children with functional variations

• Experience with tube feeding and medication

• Class B driver's license and access to a car

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
