Do you want to be part of a focused and cohesive team working with identity and access management for our client in Järfälla? We are now looking for an experienced and engaged IAM specialist who wants to contribute to the development of their Identity & Access Management platform. In this role, you will work with the further development and management of Identity Manager from One Identity as well as related access services both on-premises and in Azure.

Your tasks

As an IAM specialist, you will work in a large and technically complex environment where secure identity management is crucial. With tens of thousands of users spread across several geographical areas, high demands are placed on the systems' stability, performance, and security.

The work involves both rapid problem solving and long-term strategic development work, where you contribute to optimizing and modernizing the solutions. You collaborate with various stakeholders and play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements within the IAM area, while ensuring that the organization benefits from the latest technical development.

In this role, you will:

• Further develop and manage the IAM platform Identity Manager from One Identity
• Automate and script processes, for example through PowerShell
• Design and implement RBAC solutions (Role-Based Access Control)
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and security departments to create effective and secure solutions
• Analyze and improve existing systems and workflows for increased security and efficiency
• Perform troubleshooting and incident management related to IAM and related security solutions
• Follow best practices within IAM and keep up to date with new technology in the field

Your profile and qualifications

To succeed in the role as IAM specialist, we see that you have:

• Experience with IAM tools, preferably Identity Manager from One Identity
• Good knowledge of scripting and automation, primarily in PowerShell
• Experience with Windows infrastructure and directory services such as Active Directory
• Knowledge of relational databases/T-SQL
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English

Advantageous experience:

• LDAP, SAML, OAuth, or OIDC
• Single Sign-On and Federation
• Azure and identity management in cloud environments
• Work in larger IT projects with a focus on IAM and security
