Job Description

You will lead, coach, and be responsible for testing and automation work to ensure high quality, accessibility, and stability for a larger organization's external website.

You will be part of the team responsible for operations, administration, and development of the authority's external website. This is a central role where you ensure the quality of deliveries by actively working to identify, create, and implement test cases, perform tests, and improve testing strategies within the team.

You work closely with developers, product owners, and UX to build and document quality throughout the entire development process. You take significant personal responsibility in operational testing work and are driving the development of testing within the team. You coach the entire team to think quality at every step.

Requirements for Experience:

In addition to the competence level requirements according to section 3.1, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Have at least five (5) years of work experience in automated frontend testing with tools such as Playwright and/or Cypress
• Have at least five (5) years of work experience in implementing WCAG level AA 2.1
• Have at least five (5) years of work experience in creating test automation in E2E tests
• Have at least two (2) years of work experience working in cross-functional agile teams consisting of developers, UX, and product owners
• Have at least five (5) years of work experience working with test scenarios, designing effective test cases, and ensuring test coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
• Have at least five (5) years of work experience with explicit responsibility for developing, improving, and monitoring the team's working methods within testing and test automation
• Have at least five (5) years of work experience in testing cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

You should have documented work experience in:

a. creating test automation in CI/CD pipelines
b. performing and analyzing performance tests directly in the browser and with tools like NeoLoad
c. the role of frontend developer
d. React, Angular, or Vue
e. BrowserStack
f. WCAG level AA 2.2
g. CMS Sitevision

You must be able to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. This means you should be able to absorb information and communicate with all contact points within the assignment without hindrance. Furthermore, all documentation must be created in Swedish unless otherwise agreed.
