We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our operations in industry and stations in Halmstad.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead maintenance, service, and investment projects for our customers within industrial and station facilities. You will build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues, aiming for a partnership that creates a win-win situation for both parties. You will handle end-to-end assignments from requirement specification to delivery, ensuring that tasks are executed in a safe, commercial, and profitable manner.

In this leading and managerial role, you take responsibility for the technical, administrative, and economic aspects of the assigned projects. You will direct, lead, and monitor project work through all phases to achieve efficiency and project goals. You will be supported by your service and maintenance team. You will work with the company's technicians, project administrators, and subcontractors, whom you lead and are responsible for developing within the company.

As a Project Manager, your duties will involve driving multiple projects with high quality, including but not limited to:

• Building good and long-term customer relationships
• Resource and material planning
• Leading your team safely and forward-looking towards goals and through changes
• Creating budgets and monitoring them
• Creating schedules and monitoring them
• Handling and processing quotation requests
• Conducting procurement processes
• Strategic purchasing in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Invoicing management
• Project administration
• Contract knowledge and commercial legal decisions
• External relations & supplier contacts

You report to the Department Manager and, as a Project Manager, you share responsibility for the department's results.

Who are you?

You have a technical university degree or equivalent work experience as a project manager, along with strong technical understanding. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need technical and economic understanding, as well as an eye for business opportunities. You are skilled at building trustworthy and long-term customer relationships. You are both solution-oriented and systematic.

It is an advantage if you have experience in project management within industry, energy, or electrical infrastructure. Experience working in business systems such as IFS or similar is also an advantage.

Requirements

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. You must speak and write Swedish fluently.
