Welcome to Capio Primary Care Centre Simrishamn – where experience meets engagement and everyday life shines!

Here, we have gathered all our expertise under one roof – and you can feel it! With a staff of around 40 employees and many years of combined experience in primary care, we are a secure, competent, and happy team that together makes a difference for our approximately 9,700 registered patients – every day, throughout life.

We are located in newly renovated, bright premises at Simrishamn Hospital, with plenty of parking spaces for those who drive. We offer everything – and a bit more! Our services include doctor's visits, nurse visits, and district nurse visits, as well as specialized clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, dementia, elderly care, blood pressure, and children. We have our own lab, midwife clinic, Child Health Centre (BVC), Family Centre, psychologist, counselor, and dietitian.

And as the cherry on top, we have a large rehabilitation unit with physiotherapists – and our own swimming pool! Here, activity bubbles, both in the water and on land.

You must have relevant education for the position, with at least basic psychotherapy training, as a licensed psychotherapist or counselor. Previous experience working in primary care as well as competence and interest in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) are meritorious.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and teamwork skills are important qualities.

You should be comfortable with short treatment series to enable more patients to have contact, and you should see the opportunity for treatment via digital pathways. You are used to working independently, are secure in your professional role, and work with high medical quality. We appreciate that you are responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the primary care centre.

For permanent positions, we always apply a six-month probation period first.
