We are looking for you who are service-oriented and have a drive to learn. Knowledge of car spare parts is an advantage. As a retail salesperson, you work with private customers and workshop customers to independently and successfully sell our products. You want to work close to the customer, engage in the meeting, and have the desire to give that little extra to create long-term customer relationships. You are an appreciated and flexible team player who likes to work in a team and contribute to the whole.

Main responsibilities

• Sales to both workshop customers and private customers on weekdays and weekends
• Serving our workshop customers via phone and delivering products according to the workshop customer's order
• Maintain order and organize products in the store
• Help the customer with simple assembly
• Drive out spare parts and consumables with a delivery van
• Actively work with upselling on-site during customer visits
• Sell consumables and assortment to workshops and manage any restocking
• Ensure that returns from customers are brought back to the store and handled correctly

We are looking for you who have

• An ongoing or completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a vehicle technical focus
• Experience and competence from a similar industry
• Interest in vehicles
• Engaged, responsible, and service-minded
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Computer proficiency
• Category B driver's license
