Job Description

The Final Machining TEC department 9855 in the C-workshop wants to expand the team with NC operators, both within turning and milling. We are therefore looking for engaged and flexible employees who fit well into the team. The position is currently on a 2-shift system, but other shift patterns may become relevant depending on future order intake and production rates. The department works with the final machining of 30k-tec, 24k-tec, and V2500-tec. We see improvement work as a natural part of the job, as well as the ability to collaborate well both within and outside the department, as we have close cooperation with our technicians.

Qualifications

You need to be communicative, service-oriented, and through an open and positive attitude, contribute to everyone in the group feeling comfortable. It is important that you have an easy time collaborating with others as we work in teams around the products. As a person, you are responsible in your professional role where safety, quality, delivery, and development are the key words for you in your daily work. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience from machining, or other similar tasks. Experience as an NC Operator is meritorious. We have LEAN/LOM as a natural part of the work, where you are expected to be an engaged person who actively participates with thoughts and ideas that move us forward and develop into a successful team.
