RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist within healthcare, you are a crucial link in the chain of proactive and preventive work to prevent and delay ill health for the individual. You are also one of the resources that, following a change in the individual's health status, creates conditions for them to manage their situation in their home environment.

The work consists of varied tasks and patient groups, and interventions are based on the individual's abilities and resources to promote health and independence. The work is independent, and in dialogue with your colleagues, you plan and structure your workday.

A key part of our work is collaboration with other professions, and we aim to create a strong team spirit with the patient at the center.

Main responsibilities:

• Assess the patient's physical function and rehabilitation needs individually or as part of a team
• Design training programs to train function and ability in a given situation
• Assess needs, test out, and prescribe assistive devices
• Perform and evaluate treatments
• Instruct and guide relatives, home care staff, and nursing personnel on how they can support training

Working with us is varied and diverse, as no two days are alike, and your workplace for the day depends on the patient's home. The work involves great freedom to independently plan and organize your work. At our workplace, you will receive an individually tailored introduction.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. You have a good ability to independently prioritize, plan, and structure your work. You are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions. At our workplace, good collaboration skills and a strive for teamwork are valued. Naturally, you also share our values, which among other things means providing care based on the individual's quality of life, care needs, care, and rehabilitation. You are quality-conscious and meticulous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid B-driver's license for manual transmission is required.
