About the Role

You will be based in modern offices in central Stockholm and become part of an engaged audit team with varying levels of experience. As an Audit Manager, you will work with a broad customer portfolio across different industries and sizes, where you are responsible for reviewing the customers' accounting and management, as well as providing proactive advice on areas for improvement. You play a central role in the team with responsibility for auditing, budget, coaching, and leadership. The role offers significant room for personal responsibility, the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships, and the ability to influence your own development.

About You

We are looking for you who have substantial experience within auditing and wish to continue developing in a leadership role. You are goal-oriented, structured, and possess strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships. At the same time, you are an empathetic relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic environment where customer needs are at the center. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are a certified auditor (Cand. Econ.) or have at least 7 years of experience in the audit profession.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting/auditing.
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English.
• Have an interest in digital solutions and want to be part of the industry's digitalization journey.
