We are now looking for two experienced CNC operators for our client in the Arboga area – one with a focus on milling and one on turning.

You will work in a modern workshop environment where you are responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently handling the entire process from drawing to finished part. The work mainly consists of small series and single-piece production, where precision and quality are crucial.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning).
• Independently program machines.
• Machining parts in small series and single-piece production.
• Work from drawings and technical documentation.

Location: Arboga

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Shift work, 2/3-shift system

About You

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a CNC operator who is confident working independently. You have good experience with programming and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are precise, solution-oriented, and have a strong technical interest.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Experience with programming.
• Experience with small series and single-piece production.
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems.
• CAD/CAM knowledge.
• Forklift license.
• Overhead crane license.
