Do you want to work with varied tasks in a team focused on continuous improvement? As a Production Team Member with us, you will become part of the team at Grid Automation Products in Västerås. We are responsible for the development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing of protection and control products for generation, transmission, and distribution applications.

The demand for relay protection is increasing, and as part of our production team, you will be part of the journey to deliver solutions to customers worldwide!

The role is based in Västerås and is shift-based, but this may change.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform assembly and testing of relay protection in a modern production facility with ergonomic solutions, a good working environment, and strong team spirit.
• We apply job rotation, giving you varied tasks including material handling, assembly, testing, and final assembly.
• Together with the team, you will take responsibility for and work towards occupational health and quality goals.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, meaning you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• You are a driven, responsible, and positive team player with a desire to develop within the process and our product.
• You have a secondary education – preferably in electricity, technology, or similar.
• You are results-oriented while maintaining a sense of responsibility towards your colleagues and the business.
• You can communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge and experience in electronics or troubleshooting are considered an advantage.
• Training in electrical safety and ESD is considered an advantage.
