We are now looking for two experienced CNC operators for a client in the Arboga area – one with a focus on milling and one on turning.

You will work in a modern workshop environment where you are responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently handling the entire process from drawing to finished part. The work mainly consists of small series and single-piece production, where precision and quality are crucial.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning)
• Independently program machines
• Process parts in small series and single-piece production
• Work based on drawings and technical documentation

Location: Arboga
Employment: Full-time
Working hours: Shift work, 2/3 shifts

About You

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a CNC operator and are confident working independently. You are familiar with programming and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are precise, solution-oriented, and have a strong technical interest.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator
• Experience with programming
• Familiarity with small series and single-piece production
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

Merits

• Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems
• CAD/CAM knowledge
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
