We are currently looking for several CNC operators specializing in both turning and milling for our client, Råbe Tooling, located in Skultuna. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern, high-tech production environment with advanced machinery and exciting assignments. Råbe Tooling boasts a modern fleet of machines, including bed mills, turret lathes, as well as 3- and 5-axis machines. As an operator, you will also be responsible for performing basic programming and adjustments. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in their role and thrives in a company where quality, precision, and attention to detail are always at the center.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC-controlled milling and turning machines
• Perform control measurements and quality assurance of manufactured parts
• Contribute to a structured, clean, and well-organized workflow

Location: Skultuna
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Daytime, but two-shift work may occur

About You

We are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated CNC operator with experience working in a production environment with high variation. You thrive in small batch or job shop production and have a technical eye for detail. Experience with manual milling or turning machines is also highly interesting. You wish to develop in your professional role, take responsibility, and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling and/or CNC turning
• Proficiency in reading drawings and measurement techniques
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Experience with programming in CNC machines

Merits

• Experience with control systems such as Mazatrol, Heidenhain, Okuma, or Fanuc
• Experience with multi-operation machines
• Industrial technical education or equivalent background
