Therefore, we are now looking for more dedicated employees to join our assembly team in Skinnskatteberg. Here, you will become part of an international group while working in a local team with strong cohesion and short decision-making paths.

Your Responsibilities

As an assembler here, you will work in our production and be a key part of manufacturing our products. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Assembling ventilation products according to instructions and drawings
• Ensuring quality at every step of the work
• Contributing to efficient production flows
• Working together with colleagues in a team where collaboration is crucial
• Contributing to our continuous improvement efforts by developing methods, quality, and efficiency in line with Lean principles

The work is practical, varied, and requires precision, pace, and responsibility. Shift work may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys practical work and has an interest in industry and production
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys working in a team but can also take individual responsibility for tasks
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Is at least 18 years old

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Experience from manufacturing industry or assembly
• Forklift license (A2, A4, B2, B4)
• Experience with business systems, preferably M3
