Combitech in Arboga is looking for several new colleagues. If words like development, variety, teamwork, cutting-edge technology, and significant personal responsibility resonate with you, then you have come to the right place. Working as an installation technician with Combitech, one of the leading technology companies in the Nordic region, offers variety, freedom, and professional growth.

What We Offer

At Combitech, we invest in our employees, who form the core, brain, and heart of our operations. We do this by focusing on your competence development, making it easy for you to balance work with everyday life, and offering attractive benefits.

With approximately 2,700 employees and Saab as the owner, we stand on a solid foundation of high technology, research, and job security. We work on everything from developing sustainable solutions in the environment and technology sectors to supporting Sweden's total defense.

We offer unusually great opportunities for flexibility and adaptation of assignments, while you retain freedom and variety in your daily life. We put our employees at the center of focus through competence development – whether you are junior or senior, it is important to us that you develop both personally and professionally.

The Role

As an installation technician, you will enjoy a varied, free, and enjoyable job. You will be part of a team with high expertise in the field. Your assignments are based in Arboga, with Sweden as your workplace and nature as your neighbor.

The team you join works on installations in the defense telecommunications network, the Swedish power grid, and other defense technology installations – making you an important link in the defense chain. You are responsible for transport and materials and act as Combitech's representative in the field. You are given significant opportunities to plan and execute your installation assignments to a large extent on your own.

We work with the latest technology at various facilities across Sweden and also carry out international projects. This means that travel is often part of the role.

Since our positions involve work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with register check. The position also requires you to pass a medical examination for "Work at Heights".

Selection will take place after the final application date due to summer holidays. We look forward to receiving your application!

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have tool skills and an interest or experience in electricity and technology, and who are not afraid of heights. As a person, you are self-organized and a true team player. We appreciate that you are curious, engaged, and have a desire to learn new things. You have the opportunity and enjoy traveling several days a week. A Category B driver's license is a requirement for this position, as is a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Good knowledge in the field of electrical/telecommunications installation, telecommunications, and fall protection is considered an advantage. Experience with tower and mast construction, as well as heavy lifting using winches, and an E-license are also considered advantageous for this position.
