About the Role

At Fårbo Manufacturing in Fagersta, we are currently looking for skilled CNC operators with experience in job-shop production. We are seeking operators with experience in turning and/or milling. As a CNC miller, you will primarily work in Mazak machines with Heidenhain control systems and be responsible for the entire manufacturing process – from programming to a finished, controlled product. As a CNC turner, you will use an Okuma machine and program directly in the machine. Here too, you are responsible for the entire process, from drawing and machining to measurement and final inspection.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment through Adecco in Fagersta with good opportunities for direct employment with our client. The assignment involves 2-shift work. The start is planned for after the summer (August) but may be earlier.

About You

We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling the entire production process from drawing to finished product and has an easy time adapting to different control systems. We would appreciate it if you had a few years of programming experience, with good technical knowledge and thrive in a production environment. You appreciate working both independently and in a team. Being driven and willing to develop is something you see as a given.

It is important for the role that you master Swedish in both speech and writing. A driver's license (Category B), forklift, and overhead crane certificates are meritorious.
