Are you a skilled CNC operator driven by technical challenges and looking for significant autonomy? Recotech is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for you with years of experience in mechanical machining who wants to help shape future components for extreme environments.

About the Role

As a CNC operator at Recotech, you will have a free and responsible role where you primarily work with machining articles in small series and one-off production. You work from drawings and are expected in many cases to be able to program your own programs directly in the machine.

Your responsibilities include:

• Machining (turning or milling) as well as control and measurement of articles.
• Daily and preventive maintenance of the machine park.
• Serving as technical support to planners and project managers regarding machining issues.
• Reporting in the business system Monitor.

This recruitment is a direct hire, meaning Randstad handles the process but you will be employed directly by Recotech.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for an independent and "clever" operator who has the ability to find solutions to complex problems. Since Recotech works with qualified contract manufacturing, this is not a role for a junior profile; we are looking for you with years of experience and deep technical understanding.

Requirements for the position:

• Extensive experience in mechanical machining (turning/milling).
• Good knowledge of measurement technology, reading drawings, and material knowledge.
• Experience with programming.
• Swedish citizenship.
• A criminal record check will be conducted in connection with employment.

Merits:

• Experience with control systems Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Experience from prototype manufacturing.
• Knowledge of thermal spraying, vacuum brazing, or heat treatment.
