About the role

We are looking for summer replacements for MPA Paint Production in Västerås. MPA is a family-owned company specializing in industrial painting and rust protection of industrial components and larger vehicles. Here, you will become part of a tight-knit team where quality, precision, and collaboration are in focus. You will have the opportunity to learn more about industrial painting and work in a high-paced production environment.

Your main responsibilities

As a summer employee, you will assist MPA's industrial painters with preparatory and post-processing tasks in the painting process. The tasks include, among other things:

• Taping and untaping
• Preparation of parts prior to painting
• Packaging of finished products

This is a repetitive task performed on a production line. The work requires precision, speed, and responsibility.

Period:

The work takes place during weeks 26–33 approximately. It is desirable that you can start already in May to get to know the work so that you feel secure during the summer.

Working hours:

Daytime, Monday–Friday 06:30–15:30

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and want to develop. Previous experience in industry is meritorious but not a requirement – we will give you the introduction you need. To be able to follow safety routines, good knowledge of Swedish is required. You are:

• Precise and responsible
• Comfortable working at a high pace
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork

A criminal record check will be requested for this position.
