About the role

We are currently looking for several electricians and switchgear assemblers for an established industrial company in Västerås. The company manufactures and assembles power solutions and switchgear for well-known clients within the Swedish industry. Here you are offered a long-term opportunity in a modern production environment where quality, collaboration, and technical expertise are in focus. You will become part of an engaged team with high competence and good cohesion. The work is during day shifts with some flexibility.

What the role entails

In this role, you will work with the assembly and construction of switchgear and other power solutions based on drawings, electrical schematics, and clear work instructions. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Assembly of metal frames and enclosures
• Routing and connecting power cables
• Installation of electrical components and control equipment
• Reading drawings and working according to electrical schematics
• Quality control and finalizing products

The work requires precision, structure, and technical interest, as many tasks consist of detailed assembly and wiring.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in electrical installation, industrial assembly, cable assembly, or similar technical work. You thrive in a practical role where quality and collaboration are important parts of everyday life. We would like you to have:

• Experience in electrical installation, switchgear, electrical cabinets, or industrial assembly
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics
• Good familiarity with hand tools and technical assembly
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have education in electricity, automation, or industry. As a person, you are:

• Precise and responsible
• Cooperative and non-hierarchical
• Driven and solution-oriented
• Comfortable asking for help and supporting colleagues when needed

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
