Description

Do you want to work in an international and fast-paced environment where you can combine coordination, communication, and operational tasks? There is now an opportunity to take on a central role as an Operations Specialist in an organization with a strong global presence and high demands for structure and delivery.

In this role, you will be a key link between different functions and regions, working closely with management and international offices. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating activities, ensuring that decisions are followed up, and contributing to the business moving forward according to set goals. The role requires a structured approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Specialist, you will have a coordinating and supporting role where you are responsible for organizing and driving the work around steering group meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating materials, managing meeting invitations, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on decisions and action points. You will work closely with international contacts and contribute to strengthening collaboration between different organizations, ensuring that tasks, initiatives, and activities are driven forward according to plan. The role also involves coordinating and following up on special assignments, events, and initiatives, as well as ensuring that requirements and expectations from central functions are translated into concrete activities within the organization.

QualificationsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education

  • Strong communication skills and experience in project management

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Experience working in an international environment

  • At least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry

  • Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks

Preferred qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Chinese (spoken and written)

  • Experience working closely with executive or steering groups

  • Experience in coordination within large organizations

Conditions

Employment type: Full-time
Location: Gothenburg, on-site work
Start date: May 11, 2026
Contract period: May 11, 2026 – April 30, 2027
Languages: English (required), Swedish (required), and Chinese (preferred)
