Are you a structured administrator with an interest in law?

We are looking for an engaged student who thrives in a role where order, clarity, and analysis are central. As an administrator for our client, you will play a key role in quality-assuring historical documents and rental agreements. We are looking for you who have a sharp eye for detail, are good at interpreting information, and enjoy working independently within set frameworks. Are you a pragmatic problem solver who wants to combine your studies with a rewarding part-time job? Apply today!

About the role

In the role of administrator, you will become a central part of our client's project team, focusing on quality-assuring and structuring digital information. The work suits you if you are a student, preferably studying law, as the role requires an analytical ability to interpret complex rental agreements and verify important metadata. You act as a guarantor that the organization's digital archive is correctly updated, which entails significant personal responsibility and an eye for detail that others often miss.

Your daily work revolves around reviewing historical documents in a SharePoint environment. You read contracts to identify and correct information such as contract numbers, parties, and object data, and ensure that searchability in the system works through correct tagging. The role is both technical and social; you navigate confidently in Microsoft 365 and collaborate continuously with both IT and legal departments to resolve special cases. As needed, you prepare simple summaries in Excel to report deficiencies and progress to project management.

What we offer

  • Flexible work adapted to your studies
  • Insight into digital administration
  • Valuable work experience
  • Positive and non-hierarchical work culture

Responsibilities

As an administrator, you have a key role in securing the quality and structure of our client's digital contract archive. The work involves a thorough review of historical rental agreements where you read and interpret documents with an analytical eye to verify that all metadata such as contracting parties, dates, and object information is correctly represented in SharePoint. You work systematically to correct deficiencies, complete missing information, and ensure that every document is searchable and follows the organization's defined standards.

  • Review of historical documents (rental agreements)
  • Reading through documents to find and verify correct metadata (e.g., contract number, object information, contracting parties, dates).
  • Document deviations and report recurring error types.
  • Work in the SharePoint solution
  • Collaborate with legal, IT, or operations to obtain correct information in special cases.
  • Provide weekly updates on how many files have been reviewed and what deficiencies have been identified.

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying with at least 1.5 years remaining of studies or have another main occupation. We prefer that you study law, property management, or another direction where analysis and interpretation of information are central.
  • Are structured and organized: You have a natural ability to create order, follow processes, and ensure that every task is completed with high precision.
  • Have previous experience in administrative work.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience working in SharePoint.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Helpful
  • Stress tolerant
  • Orderly
  • Responsible
  • Respectful

For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, other employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
