EXPERIENCED BARTENDER WANTED FOR STRÖMSTAD SPA & RESORT!

About the position

We are looking for a driven and experienced bartender for a full-time position to join our team at Strömstad Spa & Resort. We value flexibility and the ability to switch between working behind the bar and as a waiter/waitress on the restaurant and conference floor.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and serving of high-quality drinks (cocktails, wine, beer, etc.).
• Handling orders and cash register.
• Provide first-class service and advice to our guests.
• When needed, work actively as a waiter/waitress in our restaurants and on the conference floor.
• Ensure a clean and organized workplace.
• Inventory management and ordering.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of documented experience as a bartender.
• Good knowledge of beverage craftsmanship and product knowledge (wine, spirits, coffee).
• Experience or willingness to work flexibly as a waiter/waitress.
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.
• You are stress-resistant, service-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
• You are flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
