Subway is the world's largest restaurant chain. We are now looking for a shift leader for Subway in Gothenburg.
The role essentially involves leading your team during your shift. You are responsible for ensuring that your shift provides our customers with the best possible experience.
You will work together with the restaurant manager to create a wonderful workplace where both colleagues and customers feel comfortable.
As a person, you are curious, positive, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment!
We are looking for you who have documented experience in leading personnel. Experience from Subway is an advantage but not a requirement. We focus more on personal qualities and ensure you learn everything you need for your new role!
