We are looking for you with experience from the bar and an interest in providing great service!
Rollin Bistro's Backyard is located in Gamlestaden's factories. An area with food, crafts, art, and drinks in focus.
In addition to classic restaurant operations with lunch and evening service, we host events and various happenings with music and food in focus.
The food is cooked over an open fire and from our popular burger kitchen.
Our drink list consists of seasonal cocktails, lots of gin, a large selection of beers from local breweries, as well as a really good wine list.
The position is part-time, evenings and weekends.
Salary according to agreement.
Starting in July/August and ongoing.
