We are looking for you who have experience from a la carte restaurants and a strong interest in delivering excellent and personal service.
Rollin Bistro's Backyard is located in Gamlestaden, an area known for its focus on food, crafts, art, and drinks.
In addition to our classic restaurant operations with lunch and a la carte, we also host events and various happenings with a focus on music and food.
The food is cooked over an open fire and served from our popular burger kitchen.
Our drink menu consists of seasonal cocktails, a wide selection of gins, beers from local breweries, as well as a really good wine list.
The position is part-time, primarily evenings and weekends.
Salary according to agreement.
Starting in August and on a permanent basis.
