Christian School Oasen is a free school based on Christian values. We currently have 130 students from preschool class to grade 9, and we also offer after-school activities. Despite its small size, the school has a great diversity. Here, we want all students to feel safe, respected, and to develop – if they are in need of it. We are looking for an educated after-school pedagog who will serve as a resource person during school hours and primarily work in the after-school program. In the after-school setting, your main tasks are to work together with other pedagogues to ensure a good and high-quality after-school activity. Your mission is to stimulate the students' development and learning, as well as to offer them a meaningful leisure time and recreation. You should work to promote diverse contacts and social community.

You should be positive, solution-focused, flexible, and adaptable. Furthermore, you need to be patient and skilled at meeting children at their level. Good leadership skills and stress tolerance are required. You will participate in the school's collegial learning and collaboration with a positive and generous attitude. You are well acquainted with the curriculum for the after-school program.

We require a working style where flexible thinking is a natural part, good collaboration skills, and a desire to create good relationships is a given. Good judgment and high integrity are important, as we want you to be an adult role model for the students. It is also important that you can uphold the school's Christian profile.
