Do you want to work with construction for real and learn to model buildings that actually become reality?

We are now looking, together with our collaboration partner, for a junior prefab constructor who wants to develop within a technical specialist area where digital modeling meets building technology, precision, and real projects.

This is a role for you who are early in your career and want a strong start together with experienced constructors in an environment where you get to learn the craft from the ground up.

As a junior prefab constructor, you will become part of a team that works with the design and modeling of prefabricated building solutions, primarily within residential and commercial properties.

You will, among other things, work with:

• Modeling prefab solutions in 3D, primarily in Tekla (Tekla training is provided by the workplace)
• Working with concrete elements, reinforcement, and detailed structural models
• Ensuring that models are built correctly based on tolerances, drawings, and technical requirements
• Supporting design work together with senior constructors
• Gradually building competence in prefab, construction, and digital modeling

You will receive a structured introduction and work closely with colleagues who will train you in tools, working methods, and industry logic.

• A university degree in engineering in construction, or alternatively another relevant construction technology education
• An interest in construction, modeling, and technical details
• Good computer literacy and an ease in learning new systems
• A careful and analytical work approach
• Good knowledge of Swedish

It is an advantage if you have experience or education in:

• Tekla Structures
• Revit or other 3D design
• BIM/CAD
• Prefab, concrete, or structural design

Location: Karlstad
Start: As agreed, preferably during the summer
Scope: Full-time
Employment: 7 months via A-hub as a consultant, followed by employment by the company
