About the role

As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. In close collaboration with the site manager, you plan and steer the projects, allocate resources, follow up on and document daily work to ensure that we meet our commitments. You play an active role in leading and monitoring work on-site, including the management and follow-up of construction machinery, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities, and conduct work preparation meetings together with the team. A large part of your assignment involves engaging and motivating the team through participation and involvement. By working closely with the site manager, you will continuously develop in your role and gradually take on greater responsibility.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education from a university, university college, or vocational higher education program, alternatively several years of work experience from industrial or construction projects. We welcome both those with extensive industry experience and those with less experience but with relevant education and a desire to develop.

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Since the role requires regular physical presence out in our projects, we are looking for you who are mobile and desire an active and varied job where you get to be an important player in large and complex civil engineering and hydropower projects in southern Sweden. Since the projects stretch from Värmland in the north to Skåne in the south, a B-driver's license is a requirement. This position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
