As a Project Manager within road and rail, you will take on a number of exciting projects that you will lead and deliver results from. You will lead a team consisting of technical specialists, contracted consultants, and contractors. You will contribute motivation and inspiration to your project team to create good collaboration and together find sustainable solutions in the project.

In this role, you will also have contact with the public, municipalities, and other authorities. You are responsible for the overall management, steering, and follow-up of projects through all project phases, from early project planning, planning, design, production, up to and including the handover of the project. Follow-up of time, costs, quality, and risk management are thus a natural part of your assignment.

We are looking for you who

• have a university or college degree of at least 180 HP (120 credits) in engineering, civil engineering, or industrial economics, or alternatively another educational background combined with experience that Trafikverket assesses as equivalent
• have several years of current and relevant work experience from the role of Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Leader within construction or infrastructure projects, or alternatively other experience that Trafikverket assesses as equivalent
• have current and relevant experience of working within several road or railway projects
• have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• have a driver's license for passenger cars

It is meritorious if you

• have current and relevant work experience of AB04, ABT06, and/or ABK09
• have current and relevant work experience in AMA description techniques
• have current and relevant work experience of permit, planning, building permit, and/or commissioning processes
