Help extend the lifespan of Swedish homes – without unnecessary interventions

At Renoa, we renew sewage systems using modern lining methods that save time, resources, and major disruptions in the customer's home. In 2025, we have renewed the sewage systems of approximately 800 villas – and our customers give us high ratings, with an average satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5.

The need is growing rapidly. Over one million Swedish villas are facing sewage system renovations, and we are now looking for more responsible, curious, and skilled technicians who want to develop with us in Karlstad.

About the role of Lining Technician

The role involves carrying out sewage system renovations through lining at our villa customers. You will work independently and be part of a tight-knit team of technicians who will support, develop, and help you. In this position, you will travel between your customers with a company car, and we provide all necessary equipment to perform top-class lining.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, clean, and inspect piping systems
• Perform lining and handle special equipment
• Conduct camera inspections and documentation
• Ensure quality, report deviations, and improve work processes
• Customer contact with a high level of service
• Follow occupational health and safety regulations

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working practically, and seeing clear results from their work. You are meticulous, technically curious, and thrive on taking responsibility – both for the quality of the execution and for the customer's experience.

You don't need to know everything from the start. For us, the right attitude, confident customer interaction, and willingness to develop are just as important as previous experience.

To succeed in the role:

• You are responsible, reliable, and engaged
• You are curious and solution-oriented
• You are service-minded and have good collaboration skills
• You have good physical fitness – the work can be physically demanding
• You speak Swedish
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B)

We also believe it is an advantage if you:

• Have experience or education in lining, plumbing, or another trade profession
• Have knowledge of camera inspections and documentation systems
• Are accustomed to independent work and customer contact
• Speak English
