At NCC, you get the chance to drive exciting projects from start to finish – with great responsibility, high tempo, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Do you have broad construction technical knowledge and thrive working closely with customers to solve problems? Are you looking for a role where you independently drive your projects? Then the role of Site Manager After-Sales for our after-sales group with responsibility for the Värmland production area is likely your new assignment!
About the Division Building Örebro/Värmland
The Örebro/Värmland division is a strong and established player on the market, especially regarding large and complex construction projects with high safety requirements where after-sales work is a crucial cog. Here, you will have a varied and development-oriented daily routine. Within our geographical area, we drive a broad mix of projects – from industrial facilities, schools, swimming pools, and hospitals to security-classified buildings for both private and public clients.
We are local and have significant autonomy within the division, while also having a large organization backing us, allowing us to leverage NCC’s entire expertise. It is reassuring to know that a wealth of combined competence is close at hand.
The Role of Site Manager After-Sales
As Site Manager After-Sales at NCC, you are responsible for ensuring our customers remain satisfied during the warranty and liability periods. The after-sales group provides technical and legal support as well as follow-up to ensure measures are implemented. Your daily work involves coordinating warranty work, assessing what needs to be done and how, ensuring the handover from project to after-sales follows established routines, representing NCC during warranty inspections, and handling daily communication and meetings with customers, internal project organizations, subcontractors, and suppliers.
You are responsible for ensuring that regulations, guidelines, and policies are adhered to. Through experience feedback and continuous improvements, we drive preventive measures that contribute to a reduced number of warranty cases. You are also responsible for the project’s schedule, quality, working environment, economy, and sustainability. The role includes personnel responsibility for professional employees and ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
Your Profile
We prefer that you have a construction technical education with several years of experience in the construction industry. You possess broad construction technical knowledge with skills in contract law and relevant training for BAS-P & BAS-U.
It is an advantage if you have experience handling technical investigation work and insurance issues, or alternatively as a claims adjuster or inspector with responsibility for construction-related issues. It is also an advantage if you possess knowledge in plumbing, ventilation, and control systems. The role of Site Manager in after-sales requires you to have good administrative skills, be structured, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
