RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HVAC Technician (VVS) at Torsby Bostäder, you are responsible for the operation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC installations in our property portfolio. You work with everything from fault reports and repairs to smaller installations, energy efficiency improvements, and technical upgrades. The role involves close contact with our tenants and a varied workload where you plan and execute tasks both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have HVAC education or equivalent competence, as well as experience in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the HVAC field. You have good knowledge of heating, water, and sanitary installations, a valid driver's license (Category B), and basic computer skills. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have an interest in ventilation as well as control and regulation technology.

It is an advantage if you have experience in property management, ventilation, control and regulation technology, district heating substations, or training in areas such as energy optimization and Hot Work safety.
